Creating a signature – Outlook 2019 (Windows)
The following instructions describe how to create a signature in Outlook for Windows.
- Go to the “File” menu.
- Click on “Options”.
- Select “Email” from the menu on the left and “Signatures... ” at Create or edit signatures for messages.
- Select “New”.
- Name the signature and click on “OK”.
- Fill in the information you want in the signature and click on “Save”.
