The first ENLIGHT Teaching and Learning Conference will be hosted by Ghent University on 18-19 November 2021. The conference theme is Learning from and with each other – peer learning across all levels of the university. The theme of peer learning refers to the educational method used in courses and programmes and to learning from each other during and after the conference.

ENLIGHT is an EU project involving Uppsala University and eight other universities. ENLIGHT is part of the EU’s European Universities initiative, the aim of which is to build a European Education Area.

Teachers, students, educational developers and administrative staff from ENLIGHT universities are invited to share their experiences and ideas on how to connect the ENLIGHT educational goals and concepts with teaching and learning practice.

Five tracks within the theme

The conferences’ theme acts as an umbrella for the conference tracks which are related to actions in the ENLIGHT project. For all tracks they are looking for contributions that showcase active student participation because students are at the very heart of the ENLIGHT mission.
