Withdrawal holiday/other leave
It is possible to apply for a retraction of a leave or vacation that has already been approved, by applying for a withdrawal in Primula (excluding VAB and leave for other employment).
To change or retract vacation
Decisions on granted vacation are binding. This means that, if there is no justification for it, the employer cannot unilaterally amend or withdraw such a decision. Neither can you, as an employee, unilaterally decide to change or retract your vacation. An agreement to change or retract vacation can always be made between the employer and the employee.
You can apply for a change or retraction of vacation or other leave by applying for it on Primula web.
However, the right to retract vacation for sick leave applies according to Semesterlagen.
Leave for other employment
If you want to interrupt your leave for another employment, contact your head of department/equivalent and your local HR/equivalent. Use the form “Ansökan om ledighet för annan anställning” Tick the box "Avser återtagande av ledighet" and state the dates that are retracted. Give the form to your local HR/equivalent.
VAB (care of sick child)
A withdrawal for VAB can be made by emailing the Payroll Unit lon@uu.se with the information that you did not take any leave of absence that particular day.
