The Southern African-Nordic Centre (SANORD) was founded in 2007 with the aim of promoting collaboration and supporting its member universities in meeting global and local needs.
The theme of the 2022 conference is "Finding Solutions: The Nexus between SDGs and South-North Partnerships”, and will focus on the following themes:
- Healthcare and Education
- Re-Imagining South-North Collaborations in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
- Higher Education Solutions for Global Change
- Teacher Education: Towards Generation 4.0
- Innovation and Commercialization
- Indigenous Knowledge Systems: Merging Epistemologies.
The call is open until 31 May 2022.
