Support with investigating or assessing the risks of the work environment and/or with producing action plans within the framework of the University’s systematic work environment and equal opportunities management. The initiatives should be connected to and support the University’s systematic work environment and equal opportunities management. The University’s templates should be used.
This service should be designed based on the needs of the relevant workplace.
An organisational consultant/equivalent should be used to support investigation, risk assessment and/or production of an action plan concerning the organisational and social work environment.

Head of department/equivalent approves and provides funding.
Cost
Each area is charged individually, with the exception of group initiatives. Here you find a link to the price appendix.
A written agreement should be drafted when purchasing initiatives involving safety inspections/organisational and social work environment reviews. The agreement should be approved by the ordering party at the University before the assignment can begin.
The HR Division or Buildings Division can be consulted and tenders reviewed together before a call-off order is placed.
