Now that the days are drawing in, collisions on the road are increasing, as Region Uppsala reports at collaboration meetings in the region.
According to the National Society for Road Safety (NTF), 40 per cent of all traffic accidents in Sweden involving pedestrians occur when it is dark. NTF also reveals that most accidents involving pedestrians occur in built-up areas with street lighting.
