“The National Centre for Knowledge on Men’s Violence against Women (NCK) is an interdisciplinary national knowledge centre for issues on men’s violence against women. NCK is tasked by the government to increase knowledge about men’s violence against women, honour-related violence, and oppression and violence in same-sex relationships. With the purpose of strengthening NCK’s connection to education and research at Uppsala University, the centre will be located organisationally at the Faculty of Medicine, at the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy, and administratively at the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health. This will improve the requirements for fulfilling the focus, purpose and goals of the centre.”
