The Sunnerdahls Handikappfond Foundation supports research and development work on children and young people with disabilities. It focuses on factors that affect their health, learning and life situation. The Foundation mainly awards grants for social, educational and medical research. Priority is given to innovative research at a high scientific level that applies to all target groups.

You are eligible to apply if you are a senior researcher (principal supervisor) for planned or initiated PhD projects related to research on children and adolescents with disabilities.

The application must include:

  • The applicant's name, current position, academic qualifications and the title of the project applied for
  • Research programme
  • CV and bibliography of the principal supervisor
  • Description of the research group in which the project will be conducted
  • Any other funding available to the principal investigator
  • Financial calculation
  • CV of the PhD student
  • Ethical conditions or considerations

Please note that all application documents must be submitted in 7 copies (1 original and 6 copies).
