Lighting
Workplace lighting must be adapted to suit the vision requirements of the work tasks and individual employees’ various conditions. Poor lighting causes eye strain, which for example can lead to headaches and eye irritation. Common lighting-related problems include for example insufficient lighting, deficiencies in maintenance of fixtures, or being blinded by direct or indirect light from windows or other lighting in the room.If you have any problems or questions regarding lighting, contact the university’s work environment engineer or the university’s occupational health service Previa
