Jag är postdoktor och leg dietist vid Institutionen för kirurgiska vetenskaper, Medicinsk epidemiologi. I mitt avhandlingsarbete undersökte jag om olika aspekter av kost är associerat med demens, kognitiv nedsättning, Parkinsons sjukdom och stroke hos svenska kvinnor och män.
