Kort presentation
Jag är Docent i Datoriserad bildbehandling och anställd av SciLifeLab som bildanalysresurs. Mitt jobb är att hjälpa forskare att komma igång med att analysera sina bilder. Målet är i första att sätta upp pipelines som samarbetspartnern sedan själv kan använda på sina bilder. Det är bra att diskutera förutsättningar för bildtagningen innan alla bilder är tagna.
