Important survey to all on perceived service of IT services

In the beginning of next week (week 11) a user survey will be sent out in the form of a questionnaire addressed to all employees and other people actively engaged at the University. The sender will be Uppsala universitet/Quicksearch and Universitetsgemensam_IT@mail.quicksearch.se and we would like to emphasis this is not a case of spam or phishing.

The sender is University IT Services (UIT) and the questionnaire will be sent by the company Quicksearch. The purpose of the survey is to gather information about users’ experiences of the IT services delivered by UIT and their experiences of UIT’s availability and the service UIT provides. The results and analysis will contribute to the ongoing development of IT services at the University.

The questionnaire should take about 7–10 minutes to answer and we hope as many people as possible will take the time to respond and help to improve IT at the University.
