Researchers with a doctoral degree no more than two years before the application deadline can apply for funding for an international postdoc from STINT (The Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation in Research and Higher Education).
Note that doctoral students who have a planned graduation date within one year of the application deadline can also apply.
