Most of the suppliers are the same as under the previous framework agreement period, but a couple were not successful and so a couple of new suppliers have been added. Note that these agreements apply to the Uppsala campus. Further details will be provided in due course regarding Campus Gotland.

The suppliers per product area are as follows:

  • Cajsas Take Away AB: Hot beverages and cakes/pastries, Sandwiches and salads, Buffets and à la carte, Christmas buffets
  • Compass Group AB: Hot beverages and cakes/pastries, Sandwiches and salads, Buffets and à la carte, Christmas buffets
  • Helgessons catering AB: Sandwiches and salads, Buffets and à la carte
  • GK-Bageriet Aktiebolag: Hot beverages and cakes/pastries, Sandwiches and salads
  • Hambergs Catering AB: Sandwiches and salads, Buffets and à la carte, Christmas buffets

The framework agreement’s terms and conditions apply to all suborders made under these agreements. The customer may select the framework agreement supplier that is best suited to meeting the customer’s needs for each suborder using a special formula for selecting the supplier based on specific criteria.

The selection of the supplier is based on the customer’s need for each suborder taking into account the following criteria: 

  • price
  • delivery time
  • products/range
  • eco-friendly/organic range
  • specific requirements relating to the University’s historic buildings in terms of cleaning and security
  • previous experience with the supplier
  • venue atmosphere (applies to Christmas buffets only).

No other criteria may be given weight when selecting a supplier.
