Each year, the Swedish Armed Forces Home Guard celebrates Uniform to Work Day. The purpose of the day is to draw attention to and generate interest in the Home Guard. It was established by a motion adopted by the National Home Guard Council in 2017. This year, 2023, Uniform to Work Day will be held on 19 April.
Participation is of course voluntary and by permission of the employer. Application to participate should preferably be in writing.
