Today's decision mean that disciplinary domain/faculty boards may grant exemptions from the rule that examinations and practical tests are to be conducted remotely, if there are exceptional reasons for an exemption. This decision enters into force immediately.
Exemptions may only be granted for the performance of ‘specific tasks’, e. g. field trips and other mandatory and practical tasks that cannot be carried out remotely but demand physical presence in the University’s premises or elsewhere.
This decision has been taken in the context of the spread of COVID-19 disease (coronavirus SARS-CoV-2).
