Changes regarding the Uppsala University's licences for Adobe software has caused problems for some users. Follow the instruction below if you are having trouble using software from Adobe:

  1. Sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud program and/or individual Adobe programs.
  2. Log in again by selecting the profile named "GU - Uppsala University".

If you have lost your password for your Adobe account, you can reset it by pressing "Forgot password / Reset password" when logging in to the Adobe Creative Cloud program, or via Adobe's website.
