Coimbra is a network of about 40 European universities that Uppsala University is part of. The purpose of the network is to strengthen cooperation to develop, among other things, internationalization and influence European education policy.

The competition "Coimbra Group 3-Minute-Thesis competition" was started by the Doctoral Studies Working Group within Coimbra 2017. Those who win get both visibility and money. This year, the competition will take place in a virtual format.

One contribution from Uppsala University

Uppsala University may submit one contribution to the competition. To decide upon the UU-entry, UU-doctoral students are invited to present their research in English - via zoom - to an UU-jury on Monday 28 March, sometime between 15:30–16:30. The UU-competition will be recorded (on zoom). The UU-winning entry will be sent to the European competition, and the top three presentations are invited to the IRL-final in Padua, Italy, on Friday 10 June.

If you want to participate, please email Anna Ledin before Tuesday 22 March at 13:00 by sending one PPT picture that you can use during the presentation. When you register, you will receive a zoom link for 28 March.
