Some of the additional restrictions and recommendations affect the University and you as a member of staff:
Teaching and examinations
Higher education institutions can continue to teach on campus and in-person as long as they take certain infection control measures. For Uppsala University, the main rule is that teaching, examination and placements are to be conducted as planned.
The university management will return if additional infection control measures, in addition to those already taken, are deemed necessary.
Homeworking
Staff at Uppsala University and other public authorities are to work from home,
if the tasks and activities so allow, initially until 31 January. This applies from 23 December 2021 onwards. Decisions on homework are made by the head of department or the equivalent immediate manager.
