The Department of University IT Services (UIT) is now able to offer on-site IT support at the University Hospital (UAS) once again.
From September 5 on, UIT will staff a service point at entrance 40, floor 5, room 816 (next to Landstinget). Initially, UIT will be on site during Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1.00 to 4.30 pm., with the ambition to gradually increase availability in the future.
The service point will be staffed by UIT personnel from both the Rudbeck Laboratory (RUD) and Biomedicinskt Centrum (BMC) who are well acquainted with the interdisciplinary activities and collaborative projects that link Uppsala University, Region Uppsala and Uppsala University Hospital. Also, increased collaboration with the UAS IT-Centrum means that all employees with links to several of these organisations can receive swift IT support pertinent to their specific needs.
If it is more convenient, UIT is also available for booked meetings - remotely, at your place of work or at one of our premises at Rudbeck, BMC, or UAS. To make an appointment, please contact UIT as usual via itsupport@uu.se or 018-471 44 00.
