Tysk will remain Vice-Rector for the Disciplinary Domain of Science and Technology until 30 June 2023. In parallel with this assignment, he has also served as Chair of the steering committee for the University’s 550th anniversary.
The Vice-Chancellor has now decided to appoint Tysk as Adviser to the Vice-Chancellor on external relations on a full-time basis from 1 July 2023 until 31 December 2027.
The main assignment as Adviser to the Vice-Chancellor on external relations will be to take responsibility – as Chair of the steering committee for the 550th anniversary – for preparations, including fundraising ahead of the University’s jubilee year in 2027.
