A recurring problem that has become apparent this summer is that windows are left open on University premises when employees leave for the day. Unfortunately, this is a recurring problem on several campuses.
Open windows of course bring risk of theft and damage. They also create more work for the guards, who have to go out to close the windows.
It is hardly everywhere that windows can be opened, but for those that can, it is important we help each other remember to close them.
