In order to reduce the University’s climate impact, in 2019 the Vice-Chancellor set aside SEK 2 million in a special climate fund for projects and initiatives that can contribute in concrete ways to reducing the University’s carbon footprint.  In the first round, seven projects received funding. Five other projects have now been funded after employees, students and organisational units were permitted to submit applications.

The five projects funded are:
