On 18 May, there will be a webinar with the opportunity to have your say on a first concrete proposal for an staff policy.

You also have the opportunity to watch and listen to the first webinar on the upcoming staff policy which was on 17 March.

In a previous article on the Staff Portal, Anna Borlund, one of the project managers for developing an staff policy, described why it is important that the views of many employees are heard.

“We are keen that the upcoming staff policy and questions about how we behave as employees towards each other are highlighted so that it becomes a policy that reflects the University. It is also important that the process not only results in a written policy but that we find ways of working that highlight how things are going for us in the workplace.

If you have thoughts and opinions about the upcoming staff policy, you are most welcome to contact the project.
