The Division for University IT Services (UIT) are currently short on resources to handle software licensing. Actions are being taken to increase capacity in the medium term and in the short term UIT is trying to manage the situation by employing resources from other parts of the division to resolve the most pressing issues in the best and most efficient way. We ask for remittance for any delays this may cause. Our hope is that these problems will be resolved shortly.
Regarding renewed license agreement for Wolfram Mathematica: UIT – in collaboration with the Procurement and Purchase Office at the Financial Administration and Procurement Division – have been working hard to get a new framework agreement in place and signed within the next few days. As soon as said agreement is signed, renewal can be carried out and Wolfram Mathematica will again be made available to all users.
