Please note that during this initial phase, all ongoing telephone calls will be interrupted and no new calls can be started. After the initial interruption, all telephones can be used as usual during the remainder of the work to upgrade the system.
This upgrade and the initial downtime affects all of Uppsala University's telephone switchboard and all associated telephones, including MEX-connected mobile phones. Independent mobile telephones will work as usual during the upgrade, as will digital communication tools such as Zoom.
The upgrade is expected to be completed at 11.15 pm the same evening. Default referrals and redirects will remain when the upgrade work is complete.
