Many people have got in touch with support and wondered why their pre-assigned breakout rooms, participant lists, etc. don’t work as intended. The answer is precisely that many students – and members of staff – are using a free Zoom account instead of UU Zoom. For best results, use the Zoom program downloaded on your computer or mobile phone – not the web browser – and make sure you have updated the program to at least version 5.3.
