Projects and initiatives with the potential to make a tangible contribution to lowering the University’s climate impact can apply for grants of up to SEK 250,000. Initiatives with a strong focus on innovation/creativity are especially encouraged.
Employees, students and organisational units at Uppsala University can apply for funding.
- Applications should contain a clear description of the project’s goals and implementation, expected results, plan for follow-up and dissemination of results, and budget.
- Applications must be signed by the head of department/equivalent at the applicant’s department/equivalent.
- The applications will be assessed by a group consisting of the Environmental Director, the Adviser to the Vice-Chancellor on Sustainable Development, a student representative and representatives of the three disciplinary domains.
Applications must be received between 1 January and 28 February 2021 and should be submitted electronically to Environmental Director Karolina Kjellberg, karolina.kjellberg@uadm.uu.se.
