Implementation through HR4SR
Implementation of the Charter and Code through HRS4R (HR Excellence in Research) is a multi-year quality process. You can follow the implementation process at Uppsala University here.
Step 1
Conduct a GAP analysis and identify which principles within the Charter and Code and within open, transparent merit-based recruitment (OTM-R) Uppsala University should work further with.
Completed autumn 2017.
Step 2
Implementation period 1: Development of an action plan (2019–2021) to work further on the areas identified in the GAP analysis.
Completed spring 2018.
Step 3
Apply for the HR Excellence in Research seal of quality.
Completed May 2018.
Step 4
EU approval: Uppsala University is awarded the HR Excellence in Research seal of quality.
Completed February 2019.
Step 5
Internal review submitted to the EU.
Completed February 2021.
Step 6
Implementation period 2: Development of a new action plan (2021–2024).
Action plan established!
