Operational plan
The University-wide operational plan distributes the resources and tasks assigned to the University by the Swedish parliament and the Government.
A new operational plan is produced annually and decided by the University Board. A supplementary operational plan is also produced each autumn and decided by the Vice-Chancellor.
The operational plan adopts a three-year perspective, but the decision only applies to the University for the coming year. The operational plan contains assignments that the University Board assigns to the Vice-Chancellor and disciplinary domain boards.
Supplementary operational plan
The supplementary operational plan describes how the University Board’s assignment should be managed. The Vice-Chancellor decides on the supplementary plan in the autumn before the period in question.
