Based on the Plan for Gender Mainstreaming 2023-2025, the reference group is assigned to:
- contribute to the exchange of experience and knowledge between disciplinary domains and faculties in collaboration with students and staff unions
- contribute a university-wide perspective to the work on gender mainstreaming
- identify gender inequality issues in the business
- draw up proposals for the distribution of special funds for gender mainstreaming
- arrange seminars for employees and students on gender mainstreaming.
