Course evaluation, question bank and course report
From the fall semester 2021, a course evaluation system, developed at MedfarmDoIT, has been used as Uppsala University's course evaluation tool. The course evaluation system and Studium were connected during the spring semester 2022. From now on you can start from your course in Studium when creating a course evaluation. For more help and details, see our guides in Studium.
Concise advice
Look at this concise advice for making course evaluations an effective developmental instrument.
Question bank
The question bank is intended as a source of inspiration in the creation of course evaluation questionnaires. Here you will find a multitude of course evaluation questions arranged under the headings of "Preconditions", "Process" and "Outcome/Results". In the question bank in English you will find questions about, for example, previous knowledge, expectations, requirements, the teacher’s input, the student’s own input, the study climate, examination, linkages to current research and working life, respectively, and goal fulfilment (see also Question Pool: Online Teaching and Digital Teaching and Learning).

Programme evaluation
The document below contains themes/question areas that may be useful to consider when designing surveys to investigate students' perceptions of study programmes. The questions within each theme are examples of questions that can be asked.
Course report
Here you find an example of a course report template with suggested headlines (local examples and templates can exist). This template contains headlines in both Swedish and English. If you choose to write your course report in English, you need to quickly be able to provide a translation of the document to Swedish if anyone asks for it (according to the Language Policy for Uppsala University, UFV 2016/520).
Now you can write course reports directly in the course evaluation system. You choose whether you want to use the template above as support or write your own text. Read more in the guides in Studium.
