Service portal (Campus card)
Log in to the service portal to upload a photo to your campus card, change the PIN code or block a lost campus card. You log in to the service portal with the Joint Web Login (password A)

If you are a new student and the login is not successful, it may be because you have a registration that has not yet been processed at the department - wait a few days and then try to log in again.

The campus card is a multi-function card including a photo of the cardholder. If you work at the university, you should have a campus card. If you have questions, see below. From January 2018 the campus card will also be used for borrowing books and other printed matters at the university library.
As a new employee the staff at your department will instruct you on how to activate your user account. If you haven't received the instruction message 24 hours after activation, contact the Head of department.
Once you have ordered the card according to the instructions, you will be notified via e-mail when your card is available for pickup at your campus reception desk. When you collect the campus card you will need to show an approved identification (driver's licence, passport etc).
