Referral codes
When you refer your extension, you are helping to improve the level of service at Uppsala University by providing the people seeking you with notification of your absence and when you can be reached again. You are also making the work of the operators easier by allowing them to pass on current, correct information to people who call the switchboard. Get into the habit of always referring your extension when you are away. The referral codes shown below are provided to help you.
To refer your landline extension, use the relevant code below. If you have a mobile extension (MEX), dial 965 first, wait for a dial tone and then key in the required referral code.

All referral codes can be cancelled in advanced by keying in #23#
(1) Absence active 30 minutes from the time the service was requested
(2) Absence active until 08:00 on the next working day
(3) Absence active to a specific time on the same day or next working day
(4) Absence active to 08:00 in a specific month and on a specific day
(5) Abcence active Until further notice
