Internet access with eduroam

 

What is Eduroam? 

Eduroam (education roaming) is a worldwide service developed for the international research and education community. More information about Eduroam is available here:

Eduroam provides students, researchers, and staff from visiting universities and colleges access to the Internet. Employees and students at Uppsala University can use the wireless network Eduroam, as long as they have a valid account at the University.

To use Eduroam you must change some settings on your computer. The settings are descibed at https://cat.eduroam.org

Using Eduroam requires your User identity at Uppsala University and password B. Log in to the network with: useridentity@user.uu.se.

If you do not already have a password B, you can set it up by yourself, at the website User profile.
