Configuring a full functional account in Outlook Windows
The guide describes how you do when you need to add a mailbox of type full functional account in Outlook in 2010 and 2013.
You need to have E-mail address, User identity and password belonging to the functional account to configure this in Outlook. If you do not have this information, please contact the owner for the functional mailbox.
Click Add Account.
Write in field E-mail Adress: functioning email address.
Write A password belonging to the functional email address.
Repeat A password.
Start Outlook again.
Click Use another account.
Enter the text user\ followed by user identity as belonging to the functional address.
Enter A password linked to the function address in the Password field.
Put a checkmark in front Remember my credentials.
Configuration is now complete
Mark function mailbox Inbox.
Then click on New Email.
Note that the function mailbox automatically become the sender
If you want to change the sender. Click on From and select senders.

If you are owner for the functioning of the account and have forgotten your account information or password, go to https://konto.weblogin.uu.se/ log in via the Joint Web Login using your employee account. Here you can see the account's user identity, and you can swapped password.
