University entertainment
Entertainment refers to various activities that are carried out to further the University’s relations with other stakeholders in society. Entertainment mainly comprises expenses for food, drink, various arrangements, gifts, etc. The expenditure should be carefully considered so as to be appropriate for the type of entertainment. All entertainment activities must be modest and conducted with discretion.
Entertainment may be intended either for representatives of other stakeholders in society (external entertainment) or for University staff (internal entertainment). Entertainment is subject to particularly strict accounting requirements. The purpose of and participants in an entertainment event must always be noted. The right to declare input VAT on meal expenses was removed in July 2017.

External entertainment | SEK 1000 |
Internal entertainment | SEK 700 |
