Package and mail handling at the English Park Campus
The Property Services can help employees send parcels and registered mail. Mail is delivered and collected at the departments twice a day Monday – Friday. You can also bring your mail and parcels directly to the Property Services in the basement in Building 3, or the Service Centre, and we will make sure they are sent with the next pick-up by Postnord.
To send parcels/registered mail
A form with information about the receiver, sender and goods enclosed is needed for sending a parcel/registered mail. The department (or equivalent) is responsible that the parcels/mail have the correct packaging. When the packaging is done, bring the form and parcel/registered mail to the Property Services, who will print address labels and hand it over to Postnord.
For sending parcels to a country outside the EU, the Proforma invoice form is needed in 3 copies. All contact with authorities is conducted by the sending department (or equivalent).
To order packages
The University has a single address for invoices (all units within UU). It is therefore important that the reference code (six digits) of the department (or equivalent) is stated on the invoice.
