Training and seminars/initiatives for groups´
The following are examples of the theme ‘training and seminars/initiatives for groups’:
- Adaptation of working conditions for cases of neuropsychiatric and psychiatric diagnoses
- Ergonomics for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders
- Prevent and manage ill health/early signs of ill health
- First aid and CPR (specified below)
- CPR (specified below)
- Lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep, etc.
- Organisational and social work environment
- Stress management (specified below)
- Systematic work environment management and gender-equal health
- High-risk use, harmful use and addiction to alcohol, for example
Group training in CPR:
Two hours/session, 6-15 participants/group.
Group training in first aid and CPR:
Four hours/session, 6-15 participants/group.
Group training in stress management:
Six sessions of two hours/session, 6-15 participants/group.
Group training in stress management should be offered in either a physical meeting format or as digital meetings.
Web-based stress management programme (digital self-help programme):
More information about this programme will be provided soon as the design/structure has not been confirmed yet.
Six/eight lectures/sessions over a certain period of time.
The web-based stress management programme can be used as an entirely digital self-help programme and/or can be combined with contact/meetings with a psychologist/behavioural scientist based on need.
Contact/meetings with a psychologist/behavioural scient are to be charged to each relevant area.
Funding
Additional service. The head of department/equivalent approves and provides funding (with the exception of the stress management courses for doctoral students, see below under Basic service).
When ordering an individual assignment that entails a cost exceeding SEK 10,000, the provider should draw up a written agreement. The agreement should be approved by the ordering party at the University before the assignment can begin.
The HR Division or Buildings Division can be consulted and tenders reviewed together before a call-off order is placed.
Basic service. The HR Division offers public stress management courses for doctoral students. These courses are funded by the HR Division.
