The basic services are financed by the HR division. Depending on the measures needed, the HR division or the Buildings division should be consulted, and tenders must be anchored and accepted before any efforts involving several co-workers or groups, e.g. training. Furthermore, the HR division must be consulted and accept Other services within employability rehabilitation.
The supplementary services are financed by the budget of the department/equivalent and accepted by the head of department/equivalent. A supplementary service must always be accepted by the head of department/equivalent before ordering. The HR division or the Buildings division may be consulted in cases of greater measures and to assess tenders before acceptance. In certain cases, supplementary services may be financed by the HR division through a special decision by the HR director.
