Search for cases in Primula web
1. Click on ”My page” and “My Cases”, which you will find in the left menu column
2. Open cases (cases that are still in progress) are now visible below the selection fields without the need for a search
In this view you can see type of case, case-ID and who handles the case right now. Select "Show details" to look at the case, but you cannot change anything in the case here, read more under step 6.
3. Make a selection to search among completed cases
Make a selection of "Case ID" and / or "Type of case", also specify search period (maximum 60 days), mark “Search archive”. Please note that the search period refers to the date when the case was approved/finished. Select "Search".
4. A general info of type of case, period, case ID etc. is now visible
You can also see who has handled the case last and which decision was taken.
Example;
5. Select "Show details" to view the case
Here you can view the case, make a calculation to see results if the case contains amounts and eg. print out a form if one is attached to the case by selecting “Create” and clicking on the blue link at the bottom of the case.
However, you cannot submit the case or make changes here, if the case is open (in progress) you have to choose the current menu item under “My page” and submit or make changes in the case from there instead.
You can also look at an attached document, such as a receipt if attached to the case. Click on the blue link connected to the document you want to see under "Attachments" at the bottom of the case.
6. Copy a case
You can make copy from a case that you have submitted, for example if you have submitted an hourly wage case to an incorrect department. Since it is not possible to redirect the case to the correct department, you can instead choose to copy the case and send the copy to the correct department. Select "Copy case" and log out and re-enter Primula web. You can now find the copied case under "My page" and the current menu item, if it applies to an hourly wage case you will find it under the menu item "Hourly wage".
