Salary review and salary-setting discussions

During the salary revision in 2016, salary-setting discussions were introduced for members of Saco-S employed by the University administration, UU Innovation, National Centre for Knowledge of Men or the internal audit division. Review areas and salary criteria
Areas for review have been decided for all employees by the University directions and should be the basis for appraising work performance. Each review area contain suggested salary criteria which may be used at each individual workplace.
