Leadership coaching is an opportunity to concretise ideas that may improve practical and conscious leadership. The coach helps by supporting the leader’s own ability to find different alternatives, we trust that the leader is good at finding his or her own solutions. Coaching offers an open-ended opportunity for curious and focused reflection outside of the leader’s day-to-day responsibilities.
Leadership coaching is a process by which we can co-create and develop ourselves by being constructively curious together about what’s already working well while creating opportunities for facing future challenges.
Any leader who wishes to reflect on his or her own leadership and grow as a leader or explore how to handle current challenges is offered this free-of-charge service, regardless of position or level.
The leader is free to decide the structure of the process, it can be one meeting or several meetings. The process is always confidential.
