Uppsala University offers a three-days-training for new safety representatives every year. The education is held in Swedish. The training covers themes such as:

Online basic course for new safety representatives
You can find links to a basic online course for new safety representatives here. The online course consists of four lessons, each of which examines one area. Each lesson takes approximately five minutes to review. You can always go back and retake a lesson. It is a good idea to take all of the four lessons of the course before the training session for new safety representatives.
