How are overtime and additional hours reported?
Technical/administrative staff
Overtime, additional time and compensatory time is self-reported digitally in Primula Web.The employee is responsible for monthly reporting their hours of overtime and additional hours.
Teachers
As teacher, your working hours are calculated per annum, and all your duties must fit into this annual limit. Overtime over and above the total annual working hours should not normally occur. Annual working hours and rules for teachers working overtime and additional hours are regulated by the local agreement on working hours for teachers.
Teachers report overtime/additional hours via the form Övertid/mertid Lärare (3.0.2). The employee is responsible for monthly reporting their hours of overtime and additional hours.
Overtime and additional hoursOvertime and additional hours must always be ordered in advance or accepted afterwards by your manager. You may choose to receive your overtime/additional hours as a wage supplement or as leave. When registering overtime or additional hours, state your chosen alternative.

Time off in lieu and TOIL account
You may choose to register your overtime or additional hours as TOIL hours (time off in lieu) to use for leave later on. It is important that you also report withdrawal of your TOIL hours in Primula when you use your leave. The TOIL account is shown on your latest payslip or by selecting “My page” and “13. Personal information” in Primula web.
