Primula web
Primula web enables employees to self-report applications for vacation and other leaves of absence, travel reports, sick leave, return-to-work notifications (RTW), wellness subsidy and healthcare allowance etc.
The system also holds information on the worker’s own employment, history of salaries and employments, wage payments etc. Paper payslips are no longer distributed to employees, since the information can be found in Primula web.
Travel reports, applications for vacation and other leaves of absence self-reported in Primula web are automatically directed to the head of department for decision. When the decision is made, the case is directly sent to Primula for an estimation of the salary payment. In some cases, the decision is sent to the Payroll Unit for final check before approval.
Log in
Primula web can be accessed at https://primulaweb.uadm.uu.se/
Log in uses the university’s Central web authentication system (CAS). Enter your user ID and Password A and click on Log in to continue. If you do not have your log-in information.
Recommended browsers and settings
Primula web can be used in different browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. For all features to work, you should allow pop-ups from the website. You should also add the page https://primulaweb.uadm.uu.se as a trusted site in your browser. Features in Primula web do not work fully on mobile phones or tablets.
